Open Houses
In the interest of public transparency and ability for the community to comment, Ferguson Township provides Open House opportunities for residents of the Township to review public works projects, design materials, and ask our Public Works Department questions about these projects.

Nixon Road Paving Project
This project involves the paving of a section of Nixon Road from Whitehall Road to approximately 1 mile north of Whitehall Road. Traffic control measures will be in place throughout the duration of the project, but one lane of traffic will always remain open.
Construction is anticipated to take place in the summer of 2024.

Science Park Road & Sandy Drive (North) Traffic Signal Construction
This project involves the construction of a traffic signal at the intersection of Science Park Road and Sandy Drive (North). This project also includes upgrades to sidewalk ramps, the addition of Accessible Pedestrian Signals (APS), provision of intersection lighting, and restricted left turns from Sandy Drive (South) during peak periods.
Traffic control measures will be in place throughout the duration of the project, but one lane of traffic will always remain open.
Construction is anticipated to begin in the summer of 2024 and be completed late in 2024.
