Credit and Exemption Forms

The credit and exemption application period for the 2025 billing year is now open.
Applications are due by September 30, 2024.

Note: Only new applications for credits are required. If you have previously been awarded a Stormwater Fee credit, you do not need to reapply. Likewise, only new or revised agricultural exemptions must be submitted.

Applications should be submitted on the following forms:

Credit Forms:

1. Non-Structural BMP Credit Form
2. Structural BMP Credit Form
3. Structure Certification

Exemption Forms:

1. Agricultural Exemption Form
2. Financial Hardship Exemption Form
3. Non Profit Exemption Form
4. Exemption Appeal Form
