Northland Area Mobility Study

The Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors accepted the final Northland Area Mobility Study Report at its Regular Meeting on May 6, 2019. In coordination with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), the Centre Area Transportation Authority (CATA), and the Centre Regional Planning Agency, Ferguson Township conducted this study to identify potential improvements in the Northland area, which includes portions of North Atherton Street, Martin Street, Blue Course Drive, Clinton Avenue, Cherry Lane, and Aaron Drive.

The Supervisors indicated their support of the recommendations and their intention to implement them through the budgetary and Capital Improvement Program planning process. Some of the recommendations could be implemented as early as 2020. Residents will find all of the recommendations in the complete report and are encouraged to follow this page for updates as projects are implemented.
