The Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors awarded contract 2020-C18 Science Park Road and Sandy Drive (North) Traffic Signal to the lowest bidder, M & B Services, LLC, in the amount of $415,967.01.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed bids will be accepted by the Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors, for Project 2020-C18 at the office of the Public Works Director, Ferguson Township, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798 until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, on March 12, 2024, at which time they will be publicly read aloud. Envelopes must be clearly marked in the bottom left corner “Bid for Contract 2020-C18”.

PROJECT 2020-C18 SCIENCE PARK ROAD/SANDY DRIVE (NORTH) TRAFFIC SIGNAL 

The project area includes work at the intersection of Science Park Road and Sandy Drive (North) in Ferguson Township, Centre County. The project includes the installation of a traffic signal, new sidewalk ramps and other associated work.  The project is subject to minimum prevailing wage rates.

The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined and/or copies obtained in the Engineering Office of the Ferguson Township Municipal Building, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798, upon payment of $15.00/set. If mailed, an additional fee will be charged to cover postage and handling. The plans may be viewed on the Ferguson Township website www.twp.ferguson.pa.us and CONTRACT DOCUMENTS can be sent electronically at no charge. Bids shall be valid for forty-five (45) days from the date of opening unless extended otherwise. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid. Ferguson Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any bid formalities.
