Continued Discussion on the Ferguson Stormwater Program

During their December 7 Meeting, the Board of Supervisors discussed the proposed program and level of service for the Stormwater Management Utility Fee. As part of this discussion, the Board reviewed a draft Implementation Schedule of the Stormwater Program over the next 10 years. The schedule outlines different elements of the program such as infrastructure inspection and maintaining MS4 Program requirements. You can view the schedule here.

Discussion of the Stormwater Utility Fee Ordinance will continue during the Board of Supervisor regular meetings prior to a Public Hearing on the Ordinance scheduled for February 1, 2021.
