ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Township of Ferguson is accepting sealed bid proposals for contract 2023-C7c Asphalt and Aggregate. Bids are due by 12 pm (noon) on Tuesday, April 18, 2023. Bids should be delivered by USPS by due date or placed in the secure overnight drop box of the Township Building at 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801. Envelopes must be clearly marked in the bottom left corner “Bid for contract 2023-C7c Asphalt and Aggregate”. Bids will be opened publicly at a meeting on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 2:00 pm.
The Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any bid formalities.
