2023-C14: Tree Planting

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed bids will be accepted by the Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors, for Project 2023-C14 Tree Planting at the office of the Public Works Director, Ferguson Township, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798 until 2:00 pm on January 31, 2023 at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud. Envelopes must be clearly marked in the bottom left corner “January 31, 2023 - Bid proposal for CONTRACT 2023-C14 Street Tree Planting.”

PROJECT 2023-C14: Tree Planting

Project includes the installation of 38 street trees at various locations within the Township. Bid packet is available both electronically and in paper versions. Detailed specifications can be obtained at the Ferguson Township Municipal Building, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.  A bid bond is not required. Bids shall be valid for thirty days from the date of opening unless extended otherwise. The Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
