Sealed bids will be accepted by the Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors, for Project 2023-C10 at the office of the Public Works Director, Ferguson Township, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798 until 10:00 am, prevailing time, on July 10, 2023. Envelopes must be clearly marked in the bottom left corner “Bid for contract 2023-C10 Bike Path and Parking Lot Sealcoating”. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.
PROJECT 2023-C10 BIKE PATH and PARKING LOT SEALCOATING
Work includes placement of approximately 23,626 SY of Polymer Modified Coal Tar Sealer (PMCTS) on various bike paths located within Ferguson Township, Centre County, Pa.
Work includes placement of approximately 6,312 SY of Polymer Modified Coal Tar Sealer (PMCTS) and line striping and legends on 3 parking lots at 3147 Research Drive State College PA
Ferguson Township, Centre County.
Detailed specifications can be obtained at the Ferguson Township Municipal Building, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. A bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid amount shall be included with the sealed bid and will be forfeited should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract with Ferguson Township. Bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Bid for Project 2023-C10 Bike Path and Parking Lot Sealcoating”. Bids shall be valid for forty-five (45) days from the date of opening unless extended otherwise. The Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
