Sealed bids will be accepted by the Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors, for Project 2022-C3 at the office of the Public Works Director, Ferguson Township, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798 until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, on August 23, 2022 at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud:

PROJECT 2022-C3: CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT CURED-IN-PLACE PIPE LINING

The project area includes locations within Brackenridge and Stonebridge developments, and N. Allen Street, Park Crest Lane, Research Drive, and West Gatesburg Road within Ferguson Township Centre County, Pennsylvania. The project includes installation of an ultra-violet (UV) Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) liner in existing corrugated metal stormwater pipes.

The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained from the Public Works Department of Ferguson Township, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798, upon payment of $5.00/set. Call or e-mail to coordinate obtaining the documents. If mailed, an additional fee will be charged to cover postage and handling. The Contract Documents can be sent electronically at no charge. Bids shall be valid for forty-five (45) days from the date of opening unless extended otherwise.

All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid. Ferguson Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any bid formalities.
