Sealed bids will be accepted by the Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors, for Project 2021-C5 at the office of the Public Works Director, Ferguson Township, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798 until 12:00 pm, prevailing time, on August 31, 2021. Bids should be delivered by due date or placed in the secure overnight drop box of the Township Building at 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801. Envelopes must be clearly marked in the bottom left corner “Bid for contract 2021-C5 Storm Sewer Cleaning and Video Assessment”. PROJECT 2021-C5 Storm Sewer Cleaning and Video Assessment:
Project includes light cleaning (heavy cleaning as necessary) and video assessment of approximately 31,000 linear feet of storm sewer pipe on various streets within Ferguson Township, located in State College, Pennsylvania. Bid package is $5.00/set and an additional $5.00 if mailed. There is no fee for electronic pdf documents.
Detailed specifications can be obtained at the Ferguson Township Municipal Building, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. A bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid amount shall be included with the sealed bid and will be forfeited should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract with Ferguson Township. Bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Bid for Project 2021-C5 Storm Sewer Cleaning and Video Assessment”. Bids shall be valid for forty-five (45) days from the date of opening unless extended otherwise. The Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
