Sealed bids will be accepted by the Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors, for Project 2021-C23 at the office of the Public Works Director, Ferguson Township, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798 until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, on Tuesday February 9, 2021.  Bids should be delivered by due date or placed in the secure overnight drop box of the Township Building at 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA  16801.  Envelopes must be clearly marked in the bottom left corner “Bid for Contract 2021-C23”.  Bids will be opened publicly at a virtual meeting on Tuesday February 9, 2021 at 2:15 pm.  All plan holders and other interested parties who provide their e-mail address will be provided the meeting link.

PROJECT 2021-C23: TRAFFIC SIGNAL POLE REPLACEMENT, WEST COLLEGE AVE AND SCIENCE PARK RD

The project includes the replacement of an existing traffic signal pole and associated attachments at the intersection of West College Avenue and Science Park Road in Ferguson Township, Centre County. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained from the Public Works Department of Ferguson Township, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798, upon payment of $5.00/set. Call 814-238-4651 to coordinate obtaining the documents.  The Contract Documents can be sent electronically at no charge.  Bids shall be valid for forty-five (45) days from the date of opening unless extended otherwise.
