Sealed bids will be accepted by the Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors, for Project 2021-C10 at the office of the Public Works Director, Ferguson Township, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798 until 12:00 pm, prevailing time, on May 11, 2021. Envelopes must be clearly marked in the bottom left corner “Bid for contract 2021-C10 Bike Path and Parking Lot Sealcoating”. PROJECT 2021-C10 BIKE PATH and PARKING LOT SEALCOATING

Work includes placement of approximately 19,322 SY of Polymer Modified Coal Tar Sealer (PMCTS) on various bike paths and 1 parking lot, and line striping of parking lot, located within Harris and Ferguson Townships, Centre County, Pa. Other Centre Region municipalities may piggyback on this project. It is anticipated that work will be done in July or August 2021.

The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined and/or copies obtained in the Engineering Department of the Ferguson Township Municipal Building, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798, upon payment of $10/set. Documents can be mailed for a $5 charge for postage and handling. There is no fee for PDF documents. Bids shall be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of opening unless extended otherwise. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid. Ferguson Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any bid formalities.
