On Monday, April 2, 2018, the Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors awarded Contract 2018-C7a Fuel to Nittany Oil Company, Inc. in the amount of $57,030.00
Bids were publicly opened for the 2018-C7a Fuel project on March 27, 2018 at 2:10 p.m. and read aloud. David Modricker, Ryan Scanlan, and Marcella Bell of Ferguson Township were present. Also present was Andrew Larson, Glenn O. Hawbaker; Makenna Pick, HRI, Inc.; and Gary Garrison and David Nice of Nittany Oil. The following two bids were recieved:

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Township of Ferguson will receive sealed bid proposals for 2018-C7a Fuel, in the office of the Public Works Director until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 27, 2018, in the Ferguson Township Municipal Building, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be per specifications and must be on bid forms provided by the Township, which can be obtained at the Ferguson Township Municipal Building. Envelopes should be clearly marked on the left front corner of the envelope "Fuel Bid". The Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any bid formalities.
