Project 2018-C26: Traffic Signal Phasing Changes
The project area includes the intersections of Science Park Road at Old Gatesburg Road, Science Park Road at Raytheon Private Driveway, Science Park Road at Pine Hall Road, and Blue Course Drive at Martin Street, all located in Ferguson Township, Centre County. The project includes implementation of flashing yellow arrows, right turn overlap, and implementation of signal timing changes.
Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified for the work being performed with the bid. This contract is not subject to minimum prevailing wage rates.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined and/or copies obtained in the Engineering Section of the Public Works Department of the Ferguson Township Municipal Building, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798, upon payment of $25.00/set. If mailed, an additional fee will be charged to cover postage and handling. The plans may be viewed on the Ferguson Township website www.twp.ferguson.pa.us and Contract Documents can be sent electronically at no charge. Bids shall be valid for forty-five (45) days from the date of opening unless extended otherwise.
All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid. Ferguson Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any bid formalities.
