ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be accepted by the Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors, for Project 2018-C22 Tudek Barn Roof Replacement at the office of the Public Works Director, Ferguson Township, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798 until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, on October 30, 2018 at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud.
PROJECT 2018-C22: TUDEK BARN ROOF REPLACEMENT
Project includes replacing the existing roof, gutters and downspouts on the Tudek Barn at 425 Park Crest Lane, State College PA in Ferguson Township, Centre County. The project includes removing and installing a new metal roof (approx. 8,000 SF) and installing new gutters and downspouts. The project is subject to minimum prevailing wage rates.
The contract documents may be examined and/or copies obtained in the Engineering Department of the Ferguson Township Municipal Building, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798, upon payment of $5.00. If mailed, an additional fee will be charged to cover postage and handling. Contract Documents can be sent electronically at no charge. Bids shall be valid for forty-five (45) days from the date of opening unless extended otherwise.
A pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project, however, questions can be sent to Assistant Township Engineer, Ryan Scanlan.
All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid. Ferguson Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any bid formalities.
