On Monday, April 3, 2017, the Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors awarded the 2017-C7a Fuel contract to Nittany Oil Company in the amount of $54,078.30. 

Bids for contract 2017-C7a Fuel were publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 and read aloud. The bid opening was attended by David Modricker, Public Works Director, and Marcella Bell, Public Works Administrative Assistant. Bids were received as follows:

The Township of Ferguson will receive sealed bid proposals for 2017-C7a Fuel, in the office of the Public Works Director until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, in the Ferguson Township Municipal Building, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Bids must be per specifications and must be on bid forms provided by the Township, which can be obtained at the Ferguson Township Municipal Building. Envelopes should be clearly marked on the left front corner of the envelope “Fuel Bid”.  The Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any bid formalities.
