2017-C20 Tudek Dog Park Parking Improvements
On Monday, August 7, 2017, the Board of Supervisors awarded the 2017-C20 Tudek Dog Park Parking Improvements project to H&R Excavating in the amount of $97,693.50.
Bids for contract 2017-C20 Tudek Dog Park Parking Improvement were publicly opened at 2:00 on August 1, 2017 and read aloud. The bid opening was attended by Armond Aquilino, H&R Excavating; Andrew Larson, Glenn O. Hawbaker Inc.; Angel Ripka, R.C. ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be accepted by the Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors, for Project 2017-C20 at the office of the Public Works Director, Ferguson Township, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798 until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, on August 1, 2017 at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud.
PROJECT 2017-C20 TUDEK DOG PARK PARKING IMPROVEMENTS
The project area is located at the Tudek Dog Park Parking Lot, Tudek Park located in Ferguson Township, Centre County. The project includes clearing and grubbing, class 1 excavation, placement of bituminous asphalt pavement, pavement line markings, post mounted signs, grading, placement of curb and sidewalk, topsoil, landscaping and seeding area around site and associated work.
This contract is subject to Pennsylvania Minimum Prevailing Wage Rates.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined and/or copies obtained in the Engineering Department of the Ferguson Township Municipal Building, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798, upon payment of $25.00/set. If mailed, an additional fee will be charged to cover postage and handling. The plans may be viewed below and Contract Documents can be sent electronically at no charge. Bids shall be valid for forty-five (45) days from the date of opening unless extended otherwise.
All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid. Ferguson Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any bid formalities.
