2017-C16 Treatment for Oak Wilt

On Monday, March 20, 2017, the Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors awarded contract 2017-C16 Treatment for Oak Wilt to Bartlett Tree Expert Company in the amount of $7,744.00.

Bids for contract 2017-C16 Treatment for Oak Wilt were publicly opened on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 and read aloud. ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed bids will be accepted by the Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors, for Project 2017-C16 at the office of the Public Works Director, Ferguson Township, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798 until 2:00 PM on March 14, 2017, at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud.

PROJECT 2017-C16 TREATMENT FOR OAK WILT

Work includes treatment of approximately 36 oak trees by injection with a fungistat. All work is within the Park Hills neighborhood of Ferguson Township, Centre County, Pa. Other Centre Region municipalities may piggyback on this project.

The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined and/or copies obtained in the Engineering Department of the Ferguson Township Municipal Building, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798, upon payment of $5/set. Documents can be mailed for a $5 charge for postage and handling. Bids shall be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of opening unless extended otherwise.

Ferguson Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any bid formalities.
