2017-C13 Street Tree Planting
On Monday, March 13, 2017, the Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors awarded the 2017-C13 Street Tree Planting contract to Robert Behrer's LLC in the amount of $52,810.00.
Bids were opened pubicly for the 2017-C13 Street Tree Planting contract at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 and read aloud. David Modricker and Lance King of Ferguson Township were present. Dan Greene and Dustin Shaw of Greene's Landscape and Scott Burk of Scott's Landscaping were also present. The following FOUR bids were received:

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors will accept sealed bids in the office of the Public Works Director, Ferguson Township Municipal Building, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801. Bids shall be received until 2:00pm on February 28, 2017, at which time they shall be publicly opened and read aloud.
PROJECT 2017-C13 STREET TREE PLANTING
Project includes the installation of 172 street trees at various locations within the Township. The plan set is located at the bottom of this page. For the full contract and plan set, please contact Marcella Bell at 814-238-4651, option 2. The bid package is $5.00/set and an additional $5.00 if mailed.The bid package can be sent electronically at no charge. Bids shall be valid for thirty days from the date of opening unless extended otherwise. The Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
