Upcoming Meetings for Stormwater Utility Fee Ordinance

During their September 8 regular meeting, the Board of Supervisors authorized advertisement of a public hearing on the proposed Stormwater Utility Fee Ordinance. A draft proposed ordinance was presented at the meeting establishing a stormwater management utility fee beginning fiscal year 2021. This drafted ordinance comes after two years of collaboration with the Board of Supervisors, Township Staff, the Stormwater Advisory Committee, the Township's consultant, Wood, and of course, residents of Ferguson Township.

The Special Meeting will occur on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 6:00 PM. Residents of Ferguson Township are invited to attend and make their voices heard regarding the proposed ordinance. Meeting information can be found here.
