Park Hills Drainageway Project

Work on the Park Hills Drainageway Project is expected to kick off by the end of 2023 or early 2024. Residents in the greater Park Hills community can expect to see work crews in the area to to begin preconstruction activities including, but not limited to, installation of erosion and sediment control, tree protection measures, as well as beginning tree clearing and root pruning. Notices have been sent to adjacent residents.

The Park Hills Drainageway Project is an undertaking by the Ferguson Township Public Works Department to manage stormwater going into the Park Hills Stream stretching from Devonshire Drive to Park Hills Park. The scope of the project includes stormwater management, erosion control, improvement of utilities in the drainageway, and tree preservation.

The greater part of construction activities will not begin until the spring of 2024, with expected project completion in 2025.
