1004/1006 W. College Ave Vertical Mixed-Use Preliminary Land Development Plan

Gwin Dobson & Foreman Engineers has submitted, on behalf of their client, The West College Avenue Vertical Mixed Use Preliminary Land Development Plan, dated March 14, 2022. This plan proposes the construction of a 75 foot, 222,548 square foot mixed-use building at 1004/1006 West College Avenue. Two subterranean parking levels will contain 159 parking spaces. The ground floor will contain 10,810 square feet of commercial space along with common areas for residents. The second to seventh floors will house 1-3 bedroom apartments, 107 units (255 beds). The parcel is located within the Terraced Streetscape (TS) Zoning District.
