Sign Permit Requirements

A sign permit must be obtained from Ferguson Township prior to erecting, relocating, altering or repairing a sign within the Township. Please contact the Zoning Administrator for information or answers to your questions about obtaining a sign permit.

Download our sign permit application online. Please note that you will need to include all of the following items with your application:

• Sketch plan of the property involved showing accurate placement thereon of the proposed sign and all existing signs on the property.
• Two drawings of the plans and specifications of the sign, method of construction, attachment to the building or in the ground.
• Plans and specifications should include details of dimensions, color, materials, and weight of the proposed sign and the dimensions of all existing signs.
• Submit photographs of the sign, if applicable.
• Provide details regarding illumination of sign.
