Detective Brian Wakefield Honored for Contributions to Local Peer Trauma Support Network

On Tuesday, January 10, 2023, Ferguson PD Detective Brian Wakefield was recognized by the Centre County Crisis Intervention Team for his efforts in the development and implementation of the Centre County Badge to Badge Program.
Badge to Badge is a peer support network for law enforcement officers who have seen the worst on the job and are in need of connecting with another officer who has had a similar experience.
