Proposal: 
Penn Terra Engineering, Inc., on behalf of HFL Corporation has submitted the a Lot Consolidation and Final Land Development Plan. This proposal will first combine three existing properties, creating a 12.82-acre parcel.  Five of the existing structures on the property will be removed, making room for a 3-story, 10,100 square foot multi-use building, as well as a 4-bay garage. 

The tax parcel (24-015-038) currently houses a daycare facility, TGI Friday’s Restaurant, Sleep Inn Hotel, Valvoline Oil Changes, three single family homes and two garages. The proposed use is a three-story multi-use building with office space on the first floor.
