Rutter’s Store #110 Preliminary Land Development Plan

This plan proposes the construction of a Rutter’s convenience store with 8 fueling stations (16 pumps total) at the northwest corner of Blue Course Drive and West College Avenue. Access to the site will be from Blue Course Drive and Old Block Road, a private named driveway. There are 83 proposed parking space with 4 being ADA compliant, 50 regular spaces and 29 parking spaces for Recreational Vehicles (RVs) or trailers. The proposed plan shows an area for RV sewage dumping as well. Proposed infrastructure improvements include sidewalk installation along Blue Course Drive and West College Avenue, improvements to Old Block Road and the installation of a traffic light at the site entrance on Blue Course Drive.
