Stormwater Fee Exemptions

The exemption application period for the 2025 billing year is now open.
Applications are due by September 30, 2024.

Property owners with an approved hardship or non-profit status should fill out and submit the appropriate Exemption Forms by September 30th of each year to determine eligibility for a partial or full exemption. Previously approved agricultural exemptions automatically renew annually. Only new or revised agricultural exemptions must be submitted by September 30th.

Please note that if you have not received confirmation of approval, your application is still under review. If, during review, any additional information is required, the Township will contact you to obtain that information and allow for modifications as required.

If an exemption request is denied, property owners may submit an appeal on the form linked below which must be received by November 30th.
