LeCrone Replot Minor Subdivision

This plan proposes a lot line adjustment to TP: 24-004-079H (130,074 SF) and 24-004-079I (130,276 SF) to add an additional 63,417 SF to TP: 24-004-079H, for a total lot size of 193,491 SF. This resubmitted plan proposes to add 80,644 SF to TP: TP: 24-004-079H, for a total lot size of 210,718 SF. TP: 24-004-079I would be decreased to 49,632 SF.

The parcels are located within the General Commercial (C) and Corridor Overlay (COD) Zoning District.
