Food Trucks in Ferguson Township

In Ferguson Township, Food Trucks are allowed to operate anywhere in the Township and must obtain a Food Truck Operation Zoning Permit and a Health Permit. Operators must fill out a Food Truck Application and pay a $25 fee (which can be found in the Fee Schedule) to obtain the permit. Both of these permits must be displayed in the Food Truck windows. Annual renewals are free.
