Apply for a Food Truck Permit in Ferguson Township

Food Trucks may operate anywhere in Ferguson Township, but must obtain a Mobile Food Vendor zoning permit and a Health Permit.

Operators must fill out a Food Truck Application at no cost in 2024 to obtain the permit. Both permits must be displayed in the Food Truck windows.

If applying to operate in a public right-of-way or public park, a current PA State Police Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, a Certificate of Business Insurance, and a hold harmless waiver must be submitted also.

Annual renewals are free, though operators must submit a renewal application annually along with all of the current required attachments again.
