On January 16, 2024, the Board of Supervisors received a presentation from Ms. Pam Adams, Sustainability Planner for the Centre Region Council of Governments, on the Solar Power Purchase Agreement (SPPA).

Ms. Adams provided an overview of the SPPA working group, the purpose and benefits of the agreement, how the agreement will work, potential costs and savings, and next steps.
