PROJECT 2024-C23 Administrative Building Server Room HVAC Replacement 

Sealed bids will be accepted by the Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors, for Project 2024-C23 at the office of the Public Works Director, Ferguson Township, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801- 2798 until 12:00 PM, prevailing time, on August 5, 2024. Bids should be delivered by due date or placed in the secure overnight drop box of the Township Building at 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801. Envelopes must be clearly marked in the bottom left corner “Bid for Contract 2024-C23”. Bids will be opened publicly at the Ferguson Township municipal building on Monday August 5, 2024 at 2PM.

This Contract includes replacing an existing Liebert HVAC unit in the server room at the Township Administration Building at 3147 Research Drive with a new HVAC unit. The project is subject to minimum prevailing wage rates.
