The Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors awarded contract 2025-C7c Aggregate and Asphalt to Heidelberg Materials Northeast LLC, for items 1, 2, 3, and 4 (aggregate) to in the amount of $5,870.00; and award items 5, 6, and 8 (asphalt) to Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc. in the amount of $24,350.00.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Township of Ferguson is accepting sealed bid proposals for contract 2025-C7c Aggregate and Asphalt. Bids are due by 12 pm (noon) on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. Bids should be delivered by USPS by due date or placed in the secure overnight drop box of the Township Building at 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801. Envelopes must be clearly marked in the bottom left corner "Bid for contract 2025-C7c Aggregate and Asphalt". Bids will be opened publicly at a meeting on Tuesday April 22, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Township Building.
