New Parking Regulations in Pine Grove Mills

Update August 25, 2023: Signage has been installed and motorists are asked to be mindful of the new signage and follow the new parking regulations.

Motorists in Pine Grove Mills should be aware of new parking regulations which will go into effect next week (the week of August 21, 2023).

Lines for new parking spaces have already been painted and motorists are expected to follow the new parking regulations as soon as signage is installed.

The new parking regulations are the result of a parking study conducted at the request of the Board of Supervisors and in line with the Pine Grove Mills Mobility Study. The study reviewed existing parking restrictions in comparison to ordained parking restrictions and performed site distance evaluations at road and driveway intersections on Pine Grove Road and South Nixon Road. The Board adopted the amendments to the ordinance on July 18, 2023.
