Ferguson Township at Penn State's Impact Fair

On Wednesday, February 26, Ferguson Township attended Penn State University's Impact Fair from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm located in Pegula Ice Arena. The career fair was created to showcase employers whose mission is to make a positive impact on the community. Organizations such as the Peace Corps, The Arc of Centre County, The US Army, and Teach For America were in attendance. The Township was represented by Township Manager Dave Pribulka, Communications Coordinator Nick Fugaro, and Human Resources Administrator Angela Kalke. Staff attended to promote the new intern position, Community Engagement Assistant, and to educate career fair attendees the on importance of local government.

Staff was impressed with the quality of the students who attended and received many resumes from potential internship candidates.
