Public Hearing on Proposed Update to SALDO Ordinance

The 45-day public review period on Ferguson Township's updates to the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision and Land Development (SALDO) Ordinance, will end on October 21.
During its Regular Meeting at 7 pm Monday, October 21, the Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors will host a public hearing to consider and act on the Subdivision and Land Development (SALDO) ordinance by updating Chapter 22. A copy of the ordinance may be obtained for a charge. It is available for examination without a charge at the Ferguson Township Municipal Building between 8 am and 4 pm Monday through Friday.
