The Ferguson Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet at 7 pm Tuesday September 24, 2019 in the Main Meeting Room at the Ferguson Township Municipal Building, 3147 Research Drive, State College PA 16801 to hear the following requests:

The variance application of Charles Driscoll, 3220 West College Avenue, State College PA, regarding the property at 127 Leisure Lane, State College PA 16801.  The applicant is requesting a variance to Chapter 27-1003.1.E (3) to not be required to complete a land development plan for a 482 sq. ft. addition on the existing building.  The property is located in the C-General Commercial Zoning District.

The variance application of Armen D. Sahakian, 161 Banyan Drive State College PA regarding his property along Meckley Road , tax parcel 24-007-024E-0000.  The applicant is requesting a variance to reduce the setbacks for the property.  The property is located in the R-1 Zoning District.
