How to View Meeting Agendas and Minutes
Ferguson Township's Agenda and Minutes Portal is the place to access all agendas and minutes for meetings held on or after June 20, 2023.
Where can I find the Agenda and Minutes Portal?
You can access the Portal at https://fergusontwppa.portal.civicclerk.com or via the large Agendas & Minutes icon on the Township's homepage.
How can I find a particular meeting?
You can find a meeting agenda or minutes using the Portal by:
- Selecting a date on the calendar,
- Choosing a meeting type by selecting an Event Category,
- Searching by keyword,
- Or simply scrolling through the event listings.
Once I select a meeting, where can I find the corresponding agenda and minutes?
After selecting a meeting on the Portal, click on the Agenda or Minutes tab which you will see in the upper left corner. Some meetings will also have an "Agenda Packet" which is an agenda with additional information.
Please note that agendas are posted to the Portal 24 hours before a meeting. Minutes are posted following approval by the relevant Authority, Board, Commission or Committee.
Where can I find an agenda or minutes for an older meeting?
An archive of agendas and minutes for meetings held prior to June 20, 2023, can be found at the bottom of the Agendas & Minutes page. Either click on the the large Agendas & Minutes icon on the Township's homepage or visit https://www.twp.ferguson.pa.us/minutes-and-agendas-portal then scroll all the way down.
