2024 Tax Due Dates

As tax season approaches, the Township's Finance & Tax Department would like to remind residents of important dates for 2024.

Ferguson Township real estate tax bills were mailed out March 1.

There is a 2% discount for taxes paid on or before April 30.

If you pay between May 1 and June 30, the face amount is due.

A 10% penalty is added to the face amount for payments made after June 30 until the end of the year. Payments made after December 31 of the current year must be made at the Centre County Tax Claim Office in Bellefonte. 

Please note that Ferguson Township only collects Township and School Real Estate taxes for Ferguson Township residents. Centre County collects all Real Estate Taxes and the Borough of State College collects the Earned Income Tax and Local Services Taxes.
