Navigating Ferguson Township's New Agenda Portal

In June of 2023, Ferguson Township implemented its new CivicClerk® agenda and meeting management software to streamline the automation of the Township's agenda and meeting minutes management processes and enable convenient access by citizens to public records.

In order to ease the transition to the new look of meeting agendas, the Township would like to offer some guidance to better help users navigate the new meeting agenda software.

Where to Find Meeting Agendas

Users can find Township agendas by clicking on the large Agenda’s button on the homepage www.twp.ferguson.pa.us, from which, they will be directed to the new Minute and Agenda Portal, a step-by-step guide for using the portal, as well as an archive of minutes and agendas for meetings held prior to June 20, 2023.

Portal User Guide

For an interactive walkthrough highlighting features of the new agenda portal and where to find them, explore the Portal User Guide below. The Portal User Guide explains how to locate an agenda, how to jump to different sections of an agenda, and how to access individual item reports and attachments.

To begin a walkthrough of the Portal User Guide, click Start and then Continue. Alternatively, Navigating a Meeting Document and Sharing It lists all of the steps that users can scroll through at at their own pace.
