Updates for Non-Life Sustaining Business & Food Establishment Owners and Managers

State College, PA – On Thursday, March 19, 2020, Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf ordered that all non-essential businesses be closed effective at 8:00 pm with enforcement beginning over the weekend to slow the spread of COVID-19. This was extended to Non-Life Sustaining Businesses by the Governor to Monday, March 23 at 8:00 a.m. More information regarding the Governor’s response can be found at this website: www.governor.pa.gov. Brian A. O'Donnell, the Health Officer who manages health and food safety for Ferguson Township, has received information on how to enforce these new rules imposed by the Governor and has provided information for Non-Life Sustaining Business & Food Establishment Owners and Managers:
