Township Recognizes CATA Representative John Spychalski for Decades of Service

The Board of Supervisors would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. John Spychalski for nearly 43 years of service to the Township.

Dr. Spychalski served as Ferguson Township's representative on the Centre Area Transportation Authority (CATA) Board from 1980 until his retirement at the end of 2022.

As a member, and later chairman of the CATA Board, he contributed to a number of changes that have made local transportation more modern, accessible, and user friendly.

We would like to commend Dr. Spychalski for his outstanding dedication to the community and wish him the best in his retirement!
