Township Implements Cisco Webex Video Conferencing Platform as Part of Audio/Visual Update

For added security and management of virtual access to public meetings, Ferguson Township has implemented Cisco Webex.

Webex is a web-conferencing tool that makes it easy to join Ferguson Township's public meetings from your phone or computer.

Those joining a Township meeting virtually will first need to register. You can click on the link provided in the Township's Events Calendar, in the Meeting Agenda, or in the Constant Contact email received by those who have signed up for meeting notifications by email.

After you register, you will receive an email with a link to join the meeting.

First time Webex users will be directed to get the Webex app. Follow the instructions on your screen to set up Webex. You may need to return to your meeting invitation email after installing the app to directly join the meeting.
