State College Area Connector Planning and Environmental Linkage Public Meeting

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), is initiating a State College Area Connector Planning and Environmental Linkage (PEL) study. The PEL study will evaluate transportation improvements in southern Centre County, Pennsylvania.

The results of the Study will identify transportation projects and alternatives that can move forward into the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process and preliminary engineering. This website is intended to facilitate the public outreach efforts undertaken by PennDOT and FHWA during both the PEL and NEPA processes.

An in-person public meeting will be held 1-8 p.m. September 22 and 23 at the Wyndham Garden in Boalsburg. View the public meeting flyer and the newsletter below for more information.
