PENNDOT Centre County Maintenance Work Schedule for the Week of May 3 to May 7

Bellefonte, PA – PENNDOT Centre County Maintenance announces the following work schedule for the week of May 3, 2021 through May 10, 2021, weather permitting. Motorists should travel with extra caution in these and all work areas. Motorists should be aware that due to the nature of highway maintenance and emergency work, crews could be working on any highway at any time of the day or night.

This work will be done in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and State Department of Health guidance as well as COVID-19 safety guidance, including protocols for social distancing, use of face coverings, personal and job-site cleaning protocols.

The following work is scheduled to be completed by contractor, weather permitting:

Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc: a lane restriction will be in place on SR322 Eastbound from Segment 0190 Offsets 0000 to Segment 0240 Offset 0000 near Sandy Ridge trail to Reese Hollow Roan on Monday, April 26th and will be in place until middle of May. The right travel lane will be closed for a long term closure set up while they place gabion baskets retaining walls. Paving operations are planned to begin on SR322 Westbound during the week of April 26th utilizing day light lane closure.
