PENNDOT Centre County Maintenance Work Schedule for the Week of June 14 to June 18

Bellefonte, PA – PENNDOT Centre County Maintenance announces the following work schedule for the week of June 14, 2021 through June 18, 2021, weather permitting. Motorists should travel with extra caution in these and all work areas. Motorists should be aware that due to the nature of highway maintenance and emergency work, crews could be working on any highway at any time of the day or night.

This work will be done in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and State Department of Health guidance as well as COVID-19 safety guidance, including protocols for social distancing, use of face coverings, personal and job-site cleaning protocols.

The following work is scheduled to be completed by contractor, weather permitting:

  • Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc: a lane restriction will be in place on SR322 Eastbound from Segment 0190 Offsets 0000 to Segment 0240 Offset 0000 near Sandy Ridge trail to Reese Hollow Road will be in place until the end of June. Traffic will remain in the right lane and the left lane will be closed for inlet adjustment.  Paving will take place from Monday June 14th though June 25th.
  • Glenn O Hawbaker, Inc: construction will continue on SR350 Segment 0060 Offset 0944 to Segment 0120 Offset 0000 Wolf Run to Sandy Ridge.  Paving was completed on Monday, June 7th and shoulder backup, guiderail are expected to be completed by the end of day June 11th.
  • Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc: construction will take place in Spring Township on I-99 around 163, Segment 0821 Offset 2404 to Segment 0851 Offset 0132 Southbound, and Segment 0820 Offset 2342 to Segment 0850 Offset 0120 Norhtbound. They will be resurgacing, restoration and rehabilitation of roadway using superpave asphalt mixture for base, binder and wearing courses.  Monday, June 14th remove existing guiderail on left side. Tuesday, June 15 through Friday, June 18th break full depth of transition.
