Newest Updates to Zoning and SALDO Ordinances

Ferguson Township is completing a major update to both its Zoning and Subdivision and Land  Development (SALDO) ordinances. The Township has been working with Environmental Planning and Design (EPD) in Pittsburgh to coordinate the updates. 

The latest drafts below will be reviewed by the Board of Supervisors on November 18, 2019:

The 45-day public review period will end on September 14.

The Board of Supervisors will host a public hearing on the updates at its Regular Meeting, 7 pm Monday, September 16.
