New Playground at Homestead Park!

Take a look at the newest playground at Homestead Park!

The playground is still under construction and will open soon! While it looks complete, certain safety sensitive items need repaired by the playground installer, and certain “punch list” items completed. Then the safety security fence around the perimeter will be removed and families can enjoy the new equipment! We apologize for the delay opening the playground to the public.

The ten-acre park on Farmstead Lane includes a recently constructed pavilion, playground, basketball court, walking path, and seasonal youth soccer field. The pavilion sits right next to the basketball court, making it a great place for a friendly game with a few friends. The park is situated very close to the many commercial and industrial buildings along Science Park Road, which makes it a great place to get a quick walk in over lunch!

Be sure to bring out the family for the new playground once construction is finally complete this summer!
