Household & Hazardous Waste Event hosted by Centre County Recycling and Refuse Authority, April 29-30, 2022

The Centre County Recycling and Refuse Authority (CCRRA) will hold their annual Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Collection Event from April 29-30, 2022.

This event is aimed at properly removing and recycling "insecticides, weed killers, pool chemicals, cleaners, poisons, corrosives, flammables, oil based paints, CFL bulbs, fluorescent tubes and most other hazardous chemicals" from households, as per the CCRRA.

However the following items are not allowed for the event: "NO latex paint, NO motor oil, NO antifreeze, NO medications, NO batteries, NO ammunition, NO explosives"

All attendees must pre-register at the link here and choose a time of drop-off on Saturday. April 29 (8am-4pm) or Sunday, April 30 (8am-2pm) at:
