Grass and Weeds Ordinance Reminder

With spring rains spurring growth of vegetation, Ferguson Township's Planning and Zoning Department would like to remind residents of the Township's grass and weeds ordinance which was amended in December 2021.

The permitted height of managed turf grass, weeds, and other vegetation is no more than eight inches.

Turf grass, weeds, and other vegetation also must not emit any unpleasant or noxious odors or conceal any filthy deposits, such as animal excrement.
